I do all my projects on a fixed price basis. You will not spend a dime more than our agreed price. The least expensive thing I do costs $500 and special projects can run to as much as $50,000.

I expect to provide you with actionable advice that will produce results worth at least twice as much as the price you pay. That's my standard. I won't take on a job where I think that this 2 to 1 ratio won't compute. This will make more sense to you later, when you learn about my money back guarantee, but the reality is that it has more to do with my own values and belief in karma.

Ongoing Consulting

Ongoing consultation is only available to clients who have purchased a Web Strategy Plan. To do otherwise would be putting the cart ahead of the horse.

The minimum term is 3 months and the maximum (that's right there is a maximum) is one year. If I can't deliver substantial benefit in one year, we should have terminated our relationship much earlier.
My consulting programs are highly customized and targeted to each client's unique needs.

Cost: Fees can be as low as $500 a month, but typically range between $2,000 and $5,000 per month.

If at any time during a project you become dissatisfied for any reason, a refund will be provided immediately. Only one condition has to be met. You will need to provide me with at least 200 written words telling me why you are dissatisfied. If I am going to give you your money back it is only fair that I fully understand why you are unhappy.

Of course once you have accepted completed work your satisfaction is assumed. For website reviews, if I don't hear from you within seven days after you have received completed work, your satisfaction will be assumed.

For Website Strategy Plans, On-going Consultation, and Seminars this guarantee applies only to the last payment received.

Fine Print

The Web Site Review requires full payment in advance. Website Strategy Plans require a 50% deposit and a subsequent payment schedule to be agreed upon. My fees do not include client requested travel or expenses. The absolute limit of my liability under any circumstances is the amount of money you have paid me. And, let me repeat, I believe in Karma and will treat you as I would expect to be treated.
